I go here for well made burgers at a reasonable price. The place is clean, service is fast, food is tasty though the accuracy of the order is 90%. The reason why I'm giving 4 instead of 5 is because of the accuracy. I've done 2 to-go orders and both times they missed them. Both times I got two completely wrong items then what I wanted. For the messed order, I called the manager or the person in charge and he said "can you bring it back?" Umm...what?! No. Sorry from my side that I didn't double check the food and just checked the receipt but I went there to pick up the food, not delivered, drove home, and now they want me to bring it back? Uh, no. Anyway, I've decided it is better to go there and eat so that's that.

This place has excellent service and staff! Everyone is so friendly that that make you feel right at home. Large portions and great prices. Dave the Gm goes above and beyond and is always visting with our table to see that we have an amazing experience and we always do! It’s rare to find people these days that care about their customers and provide that level of customer service. I always leave happy and looking forward to my next visit.

When you get great food and great service you want to make sure everyone knows. I highly recommend this Smokey Bones location for all of the locals and even if your just passing through. I'm usually leery about eating BBQ in places other than my own backyard because of past experiences with food coming out cold or the foods just not up to par with what my taste buds expect, but coming to Smokey Bones today has definitely left a great impression on me and I will be sure to bring back others for a sporting event or just to have a chill lunch in a laid back environment. I give this Smokey Bones location 5 stars based on food quality and service although I would like to see them incorporate PPV fights I won't hold it against them lol. If you stop in be sure to try the ribs!

I enjoyed my dinner here with my friends the other night. Not only was our food delicious but we had a wonderful time enjoying the ambiance. Keep up the good work.

Server was good, but the food was average. Had the beef brisket, but it was half fat and not that hot temperature wise. Beans were "warm," but average. Friend also had beans with his meal, but only half the amount that I received. Looked like they scraped the bottom of the pot to get the little he had because it took awhile for a new cup of them to come out. Cole slaw was good though. Another friend had ribs, which were said to be good.
