The team at Smooth Move and Delivery went above and beyond to ensure that my move was as seamless as possible.

Evan and his team were extremely responsive and were efficient and courteous throughout the process.

Even with the last minute change to a walk up move as my apartment's elevator was out of service, the team was easy to work with and had no qualms about being flexible.

The entire team was professional and courteous and I would not hesitate to utilize their services again.  I would recommend them without reservation.

My moving experience with Smooth Move & Delivery was perfect. Going into the move the owner was super communicative- responded to my calls & texts very quickly, gave us great detail in the quote and was very professional. On moving day, the movers showed up early, were so personable and professional and were very careful with all of our possessions. Highly recommend.

Evan and his team recently moved my husband and myself from Stamford to the D.C. Metro Area. The move was smooth and successful. I have moved several times in the last 5 years and this was the first time I wasn't stressed, I didn't have to lift a finger to assist with anything. The two men moving us we're beyond professional and knew their stuff. We have a lot of heavy furniture and they did a tremendous job getting it out of the old and into the new. They even asked me where I wanted the items placed. Great work, I will be in touch for any future moves!!!

Better customer service than is expected from a moving company.  Evan was very responsive and was able to give me an accurate quote by looking at pictures I emailed him.  Even though he wasn't onsite for the actual move the 4 guys that were there were extremely friendly, thoughtful, careful and thorough.   Everything was packed up carefully in their truck and they took their time taking apart and re-assembling our very complicated bed frame with drawers.  Most people would have thrown it together incorrectly to just to finish the job, and we wouldn't have known until it cracked later on,  but they took their time make sure it was put together correctly.  Putting together the bed took much longer than expected (not their fault), but they didn't even charge us for the last half hour when all four guys were trying to finish putting together the bed. 
SMD charges an hourly rate but they didn't stand around or work slowly to extend the time, as many people would have.  I was very impressed with the service and would recommend them to anyone.

We had a great experience!  I could not give a higher recommendation for this team.  Some of the words I would use to describe our experience are competitive bidding, polite, respectful, organized, and considerate.  We have packed everything and have not had any damage to our stuff due to their careful procedures.  Every step of the process was a pleasure.  I would definitely recommend using this company for your next move.
