I had a reservation to pick up a 5x8 trailer at the Stamford UHaul on Largo drive when I realized that I did not have the proper light hook up. I was directed to the Jefferson St. location, where Jose and Francisco immediately diagnosed the problem, reviewed my options, and then installed the proper hook up on the spot. They were very busy and yet managed to work me in. Jose only charged me for the part -- no labor costs! -- and was very friendly and understanding, as was Francisco. I'll definitely use this location again the next time I need moving help in the area.

The staff is OK just this place is very under equip and when I do go pick up certain equipment its not even in the best condition and for some reason they never have Dolly's and if they do its still no good
