It's okay. The first time I tried smoothie king I was in Orlando. The staff is just as friendly as in Orlando, but the smoothies don't taste the same. The smoothies in Orlando tastes like it had fresher ingredients. I do go to this location every so often for their Friday $6 medium vegan smoothie.

Horrible customer service. My husband and I went into smoothie King to get a shake in the afternoon a few days ago. When we walked inside no one was behind the counter. We waited a while but then other customers arrived and now there was a line forming. So my husband took two steps on the side of the counter to look through the window on the back door and get the employees attention. This girl employee then comes out, still texting on her cell phone. Steps up to the register and says "yea, what do you want"....with a nasty attitude. I couldn't believe that's how she talks to the customers and her attitude and behavior was just  appalling. They really need to fire her. Custom service and the way employees treat people should be top priority.. Secondly , she grabbed and ice cream scooper out of a clear plastic container that was filled with dirty water with food particles floating around in it , along with two other spoons, to scoop our ice cream. I didn't want a shake after seeing that. Gross!.. The only thing grosser then that dirty water was the employees personality.

Walking in at 7pm sign says they closed at 9pm.
Lady told me there closed. Like really... So much for customer service. If you closed early put a sign outside.
