The place is absolutely beautiful. The owner is very personable and helpful. Dave does an awesome job on maintaining the place and it is kept very clean. I would highly recommend it.

Not family friendly.  The camp hosts are not tolerant of young kids. Otherwise the facility is nice. It's an oasis in the desert. Camping in the desert. Kids are charged extra per person, not per site. 
*I would not pick this place if you're looking for a fun family event. While the grounds are immaculate, the facilities are clean and there appears to be plenty of room to run and play, the other tenants make it miserable for kids. It's unfortunate how people forget what it's like to have kids and can't just enjoy the change of scenery and life happening before their eyes. 
If you want a green lawn, a quiet river with beautiful sunsets and huge shade trees it's really very nice.

We stopped after a long drive out of Nevada. Dave made room for us (we did not have a reservation) and was wonderful. The park is actually green! You park right on the grass! W/E/S all easy to hookup to. What a gem! Some people are impossible to please ( some of the other reviewers), but for us it was perfect. We spent a night in a motorhome with a Wrangler in tow.

This place is very well taking care of. The manager,Dave makes sure rules are followed. It makes everyone's stay pleasant.Sites are spacious and most have tons of shade. A gorgeous view of the river. The bathrooms,wash area are immaculate. It's a gem.
