Hi Valley isn't perfect, but no place is. For a reasonable price the park is tidy and is either newer or well maintained. While I could not care less about the pool or hot tub these things will appeal to many, as will its dog friendly atmosphere. For a park with as many units as it has I found it refreshingly quiet, but what impressed me the most was the service. I needed to extend my stay at the last minute several times because things kept coming up, and each time they agonized over their schedules and were able to accommodate me. I was VERY impressed, and grateful.
So what's the downside you may ask, why are they 'not perfect'? Well, like many parks the spaces themselves much resemble a parking lot. Visually a thin strip of grass is all that separates you from your neighbor, and there's not much shade to be had, at least in the short-term spaces. Your awning won't actually touch your neighbor's unit, but it might seem like it was intended to. Overall a good park and good people, I recommend them.

Very quiet. A nice rec room. A variety of excercise equipment options. Fenced dog area. Very clean even with snow!

There's only one big deal that 5 stars it over their and he makes a difference to his neighbors in a good way when it Counts. Not when it's convenient to them. There is compassion here.

Stayed a week.  Very clean, showers are on the smaller size, but really clean, lots of hot water and good pressure.  Sites are a bit narrow, the park is in the process of making some larger.  Staff are very nice and willing to help.  Would definitely stay again.
