Be careful if you have Greg do any work for you. I appreciated the timeliness but the bill was shocking.  I manage property and have had drain problems like this over the past 15 years and never have I been this shocked at a bill.  When I called Greg  3 weeks later and told him the drain had started to drain slow he actually yelled at me and told me to get Grant from Apple Valley to come out. I have never received an invoice for the charges.  But I do recommend that you check with Apple Valley. They would be at least half the cost and are wonderful to work with.
