Abe is spectacular. The attention he gives my 83 year old father in law is remarkable - adjusting workouts to accommodate his unpredictable incidents and/or physiological states, always positive & encouraging, and building strength and cognitive health every time they meet.

The gym and equipment are clean and reliable; however customer service is below par. I emailed Abe to freeze my account. Rather than return my email and help me, they transferred my home gym membership to another location that I have visited twice to get me out of their hair. When I became a member in October they failed to properly activate my access card so I couldn't get into the gym for a few days; I work late and rarely made it during staffed hours so I had to make a visit on my lunch hour. I will now be using Gold's Gym.

Small location, but very clean and maintained.. I wish they offered tanning as well, but I knew that going into it...A+

Probably my favorite SNAP location in Livingston County!  The equipment is always very clean and well-maintained.  None of the traditional elliptical machines, they have the Cybex cross-trainers, which I find give you a much better cardio-workout.  I've never had trouble getting internet access in the place, which makes long sets or cardio much more enjoyable! 

On several occasions, the staff has come to my aid with towels and technical assistance, even a water bottle; never have they pushed me towards personal training. Very cool place to go, especially if you know your workout regimen or are on your lunch hour.
