I recently had to cancel my membership for reasons out of my control, but I had a truly fantastic experience here. The equipment is updated and the cancellation was so easy. There was no hassle, and it seemed as if the staff genuinely just wanted to help me. I hope to return some day soon. It is more expensive than other memberships, but I honestly think it is worth it, after having experienced other gyms in the area.

Awesome gym. Very clean and the staff is extremely nice and always willing to help. Great classes and equipment is always well maintained. And the other members that go here are also all very nice. If you're in oxford and looking for a gym, I highly recommend snap fitness. Especially if you're a student and want to avoid the Turner center which is always crowded.

Great staff at the University location. Equipment is always functional, clean, and maintained. I've seen things broken but never for more than 24 hours.

Not the best gym in town, but it's not as crowded as other gyms. It's also kind of small. It's kept pretty clean on a daily basis.
