AESOME GYM, SUPER NICE ATMOSPHERE. THE OWNER IS ALWAYS HELPFUL, AND FRIENDLY. IVE BEEN TO A FEW OTHER GYMS AND THIS IS DEF MY FAVORITE.

Owner is an money-hungry ass! They never answer phone either. The other SNAP locations may be great I am only referring to this one...

I joined this gym and paid upfront for the first 15 months - after not liking the environment I decided not to continue going.  They refused to refund me the remaining 12-months of this contract, and I was ok with that.  I made a mistake and had signed a contract.  BUT, yesterday, I got charged for the monthly membership dues after 15 months of NO customer service.  I have tried and tried to resolve this, and have resorted to this and to file reports with the BBB.  I will not be charged for a service that I will not use.  Plus, when you call their facility, they don't answer and/or answer, put you on hold and never come back, OR promise a call back and never call back.  

FYI:  I did cancel this membership in writing as well.

My son has moved & has been calling to cancel membership & no on has answered or returned messages for 2 weeks.  i am very dissatisfied
