Story

FIT NHB Fight gym is a full service instructional Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) facility for all ages and skill levels . We are dedicated to helping every student reach their goal , whether it be fitness , self defense , or competition . Our program breaks down the individual disciplines of Boxing ,Thai boxing , wrestling , and Submission grappling with the ultimate goal of integrating striking and grappling aka MMA . Benefits include strength , cardio conditioning , flexibility , weight loss , and increased self confidence through fight training .

For those striving to be competitive , we develop both amateur and professional competitors in all disciplines . The FIT NHB fight team is recognized both nationally and internationally , and we are home to two World Champions and numerous regional champions . We are also the premier fight promoters in New Mexico , hosting three separate events that provide an avenue for local competition . (Wildside Amateur Combat Sports , FightWorld MMA , King of Cage )

Legit gym , Tom Vaughn is the man , none of that soft ass BS you see at a lot of places , and it's not like Jackson's either where you never get to train with the legit people and they try to put you in a separate building with the scrubs . At nhb ,day one you'll see UFC fighters like tim means or ray Borg just training with everyone else . Very egalitarian. And if you put in a few months and show them you're serious they'll let you train in the pro class .

Yesterday i went inside the club to ask about the fees, training and other relevant questions to decide if want to join the club or not.The guy at the front desk was very rude and wasn't helpful at all!! He acted like i wasn't even there when i walked in and when i tried to ask him these questions he said " go look us up on the website" I asked why do i need to do that if im here in person asking you questions. He then said he wants more traffic to the website. Very rude and unprofessional!!!

Stopped by today to check out the overall atmosphere of the gym. I was advised by many people that  the attitudes of the staff, were extremely dismissive, rude, and unfriendly. The intention of going to the gym was to see what it was like and watch how it was run for a bit. I asked some basic questions that you would normally ask. Like, what are the hours, membership fees, etc... The person at the front counter, grabbed a card, looked at me and said, "why don't you go online and look." He then tossed the card on the counter, and looked the other direction.overall, the gym looked pretty awesome size, and equipment wise. Too bad it's got lousy people working there! Because overall, it looked like an awesome place. Customer service is everything in today's world. One bad seed like that,  will cost you a lot of business. Especially, when you're not the only fight gym on town. Looks like word of mouth superceded in this case, unequvocally!

I have trained here on multiple occasions and love it. It is perfect in my opinion.
