Thieves. I placed an order through Grubhub and they called me saying they didn't have what I wanted, they tried to offer me a substitution but I told them in that case, I wanted to change my whole order up (I was still going to order from them) and to just cancel it so I could reorder. They told me they couldn't cancel it from their end, so I told them I would contact grubhub to cancel it.
After speaking with a Grubhub rep, they tell me Snap couldn't cancel it because the order was already out for delivery. Why would they send it out with the driver after I told them I wanted to cancel it? I guess they just decided for me...
Either way, they initially refused to refund me my money because the food was "prepared," none of their food is prepared, it's all prepackaged and refrigerated. I had to fight to get my money back, the Grubhub rep had to wait until driver returned with the food and call me back to issue the refund because they were being that much of a pain about it.

Their portions are really small and the food is extremely overpriced. It was just convenient.

Convenient and healthy! For what are essentially microwave meals, the food is great. A bit expensive, though.

great selection. friendly staff. everything color coded based on meat/seafood/veg and food type. kinda priceyband for the portion size i can make double portions at home for same price
