Their quality has gone down hill over time... even the manager seemed like he was in a poor mood today.  Lots of simple details missed, such as not drying off the rims of back left wheel, not wiping off arm rests of right rear car door... two windows left streaked and dirty... seems low morale there... I will bring my business elsewhere..

The Machinery is great but the team does not communicate and generally seem like they don't want to be there and their work is rushed.  These men would be great if they talk to each other it is causing issues for customers.  I was also given a used up air freshener that might have come out of another car as trash.  I had a good laugh about that.  My car is very clean now despite the awkward customer service experience.  I'll continue to wash my own car.

They did an okay job. I would have liked my windows done better.

Not good. Had to go back after I noticed they hadn't cleaned the front and rear windshield. Another customer had been there two hours waiting for car to be detailed and they messed up her pinstripes. She was very unhappy with their work. She was told to call the owners with her complaints.

This is the worst car wash I have taken my car to. If someone can recommend another one that is full service please let me know. Almost every time I go they do not complete the job properly and I have to point out what they did not do. I have my car cleaned every 1 to 2 weeks. The people that work there don't care if they do a good job or not. You would think the management would put some kind of quality control in place but it seems they don't care either. I just had my car cleaned again and the windshield still has crap on it. This was the last time for me. They are horrible!!  It's so obvious they don't care about the quality of service they provide.
