I brought my F250 to Franks to be cleaned and waxed after calling ahead and asking if they would have time to get to it today. A female attendant said yes it would be $40.00 and about a 30 minute wait.  I arrived with the truck and the same employee came out and looked at it and discussed my options.  I showed her there was some pine straw and dirt in the bed.  I asked if they would clean it out and she said "Yes but there is some materials in the bed that you need to move to the back seat."  I moved all the items I had just purchase from Lowe's to the back seat as she instructed and let them take over.  They worked on my truck for about 40 minutes and told me it was ready.  I watched from the waiting room but never saw any "Wax" being applied other than what the machine normally applies.  When I inspected the truck, the wheels, running boards, back of side mirrors and front grill was still dirty and the bed had not been touched.  I brought that to their attention.  The attendant said he would clean the wheels, mirrors and grill but I would need to see a manager about the bed.  Shortly after the manager came out and stated "We don't do the bed at all"  I said "well she should have told me that before taking my money as I would have taken my truck somewhere else.  This is not what I was promised when I paid the $40.00 and I would like to speak with a manager."  He then raised his voice and said "I am the manager"  I then waked back into the building and found the lady who promised to clean the bed and explained to her what just happened and she said "You will have to talk with the manager about that".  "I said I just spoke with him and he offered to do nothing."  "You took my money and didn't do what I asked you to do.  I will never come here again."  I feel like I just wasted $40.00.  For $5.00 I could have gotten the same wash job at a robotic car wash at a filling station.  In my opinion, this location could use new management and a new attitude!

Had to make attendant finish his job. Pricey. Best to choose basic wash an finish vaacuming and armoural yourself

I rook my car here a total of 10 times and now I have to buy brand NEW headlight assemblies because of the wax that's on there drying towels. Thank Frank''s Carwash. Looks like I will wash my own car from now on.

If you don't want your headlights completely ruined don't go here. They will NOT replace them even though the wax has created a spider web like film on the that was there fault. Places like this should go out of business period!

Waste of time & money. Was still dirty. The guys “wiping off” all the water barely got anything off. It was basically like it was rain, just got my car wet for $2O. Definitely a waste. Do not go here.

I got the highest package ($35) and I was frustrated to see that there was still dust on the exterior of our vehicle when I got home. The wheel wells still needed a better clean (I have done a better job myself but that is not the point of paying someone else to do it for you), the interior was better but one side was dusted and cleaned while the other side was not. I felt like they did a poor job and I cannot understand why that place is so busy. Never again will I waste a dime on a car wash there.
