I'm a sneaker head so I'm already skeptical about going to new sneaker shops. Thankfully I was not disappointed. The staff was very friendly & efficient in helping me find some dope kicks. I'd def go back here.  Keep up the good work!

Sneaker plus has great customer service. I remember of a time where I had a family member call me because  they needed shoes for one of their players NBA workout. I explained the situation to one of the owners of Sneakers plus (after their closing hours I might add) , and they were kind enough to open back up so that I had a little extra time to purchase the shoes to deliver them to a player who's now in the NBA. Even though I'm sure it was an inconvenience for sneakers plus to open back up, they still gave me a immaculate customer service by getting me to the perfect pair of shoes, and they were so kind enough to give me directions to the town I was heading in (seeing as how I wasn't from the trip state area) . Great company with great people !!!!!

Sneakers Plus is an incredible establishment. The customer service was superb in all areas, from my visit to the actual retail store for sneakers to my small order via their online store capabilities placed directly with one of their representatives.  They walked me through everything seamlessly.

Best Sneaker store for 20 miles. Also does amazing custom clothing  !

Ordered a varsity jacket and they told me 6-7 weeks. We are still waiting and it has been 12 weeks and still isn't expected to be here for another 2 weeks. Very disappointed with their service and will not order anything from here again.
