Went to get new rims for my sons fixie. All they had was pink and green in Stock and of course gold and black which where almost $200. After getting the gold ones, they said the tubes where incompatible so I spent more. After they put the bike together, went home, back tire was flat. I went back and asked them if they can figure out what couldve caused a flat on a brand new tube but they said nothing. They just fixed it and sent me on my way. Trusting it was fixed, I went home, put the bike in the garage and 45 minutes later the tire was flat again. So I went back again. I admit I was upset this time having to go back because contrary to what they probably thought, there are better things i like to do with my time on a Saturday. I wasnt maliciously popping the tire just to go back there. This time i insisted on getting an explanation of some kind. First they tried to blame me that keeping the bike in the garage could have caused the flat which I thought was unheard of. It doesn't get that hot in a garage to cause a flat in 45 minutes. Then they said something must be stuck inside the tire causing it to puncture the tube. I said, the bike was fine before, they took it apart to replace rims and tube so if something got in the tire, hmmmm that would've had to happen in their hands. Ultimately they admitted there was a hole and now two holes possibly caused by a pinch when their employee put it together but they didn't apologize. They said it was an anomaly just because it never happened before. Well it happened twice! There is always a first time for everything. Nobody is perfect and people make mistakes. So I asked if I can buy another tube because the one i purchased yesterday was brand new and now it's not the same. They opted to patch the holes instead and condescending said they'd fix it like they always do. Yet It seemed no body wanted to put in any effort to fix it this time. Their repair guy was going to lunch so another guy was told to do it. I could tell he didnt want to. I don't even think he likes his job there. He gave my son the tool to take the wheel off himself. The reason I go to a bike shop is for the service so they can do it? My son knows how to do it but why should he have to help them fix their mistake? All I could think was WOW!!! Then he called my sons bike a cheap one because my son needed help bending the frame to get the wheel back on. Excuse me for not buying his bike from Sniders. How bout your overpriced rims are cheap and popped the tube? Or maybe just admit it wasnt done correctly both times before instead of the ridiculous excuses. People at this place are rude and heartless. I will go to Riverbend from now on.

The west side store is way WAY out dated and the store was cluttered, staff wasn't very helpful nor knowledgeable on what I needed. The Union store... Bad area but much better than the West side store... Still none the less I'm glad I went elsewhere to buy what I needed... Sorry not sorry needs MUCH Improvement...
