Last three times I've come into the store it was like a ghost-town. The mechanics are nice and all, but the saleswomen didn't know half the terminology for parts and accessories nor did she even ACT as though to care about what I was looking for. When asked to speak to someone who knew about what I was inquiring, the lady walked off and started helping a grandfather find training wheels for a kid's bike. Going in with nearly an entire paychecks cash, I had never felt soo bumbed out about a bike shop. I'll never be let down like this again. Not when it comes to cycling...

Selection was minimal though the service was like crickets and walked the whole store and was about to leave then was finally asked how can I help you. Accessories are limited like bike stands, helmets too... Much better than Snyder's I must say though I took my business elsewhere... I'm a picky shopper and service is what attracts me to buy...

went in looking for a mountain bike, salesman at closing time explained exactly what convinced me to buy my next bike here.Richard Ruiz exceded my expecttations of good customer service and vast knowledge of the bike I just purchased today from Mr. Ruiz he sold me on their store and the bike. thanks
