Friendly honest and efficient service. We had a small glitch after buying a bike rack that hooks to a hitch and it was fixed immediately with respect and courtesy. We live an hour away with no good bike shop in our area. We willingly travel and deal with this store because of their service, the quality of products, and their honesty. Old fashion value and customer service make this our go to bike store.

The owners are incredibly helpful : I came in with complaints of hand numbness while riding distances >50 miles, and Mary recommended a pair of gloves designed by hand surgeons. I have been pain free ever since .

Marlin sold 3 bikes to my family and we were all happy with what we bought. But my trip computer would not function at all after the 1st year as I could not program it after changing the batteries. I let it go until the 2nd summer and finally took it into Marlin to see if he could decipher the issue. I told him it only worked for that first summer we bought the bikes. Within a few days he texted me to tell me my bike was ready. A part that failed needed replaced and he had to order it. Much to my surprise there was no charge! I even argued with him to pay for the part and he refused! He also gave me my free tune-up (which was suppose to be within the first 30 days after sold) 2 YEARS LATER! Admittedly I hadn't put many miles on it but there was no charge for this either! I purchased several items I would eventually find a need for because I believe in supporting your local bike shop. This is a good shop and Marlin is a good guy. I will return very soon to buy my first e-bike there.

Friendly folks. Trustworthy and honest. Great place. Will be back for my next bike and any repairs.
