Dropped 3 bikes off for the $65 "essentials tune up" and picked bikes up 1 week later as they were in the Spring busy season.  Didn't have a chance to ride bike immediately, but checked bikes over as I am preparing to leave for a camping trip and discovered that all bike tires inflation were low and the one of the bikes with bad brakes wasn't fixed and does not have proper stopping power to prevent a braking emergency.  I now have to either leave the bike behind or spend time running around to fix it myself.  Very disappointed that the shop either didn't fix properly or call me when they had the bikes to let me know the existing brakes were low quality and recommend better options.

Girlfriend and I went in to get a kickstand, found one, and they installed it for us in a few minutes. They also noticed that we had put together my girlfriend's new bike incorrectly, and quickly made an adjustment that fixed the ride quality (put on the front wheel backwards).

Purchased a few bikes from these fine folks over the years.  Worth the drive, best bike fitting and service.

The technician received my bike for a tune-up quickly, asked all the right questions, and delivered it in exceptional shape on time as promised. Snohomish bicycles is the best bike shop I've dealt with for customer service and clear communications about expectations and repairs. The technician called me and let me know exactly what he had found and what he had done to fix the problems. Because my bicycle is so old, he could have easily just told me that I needed to replace myriad parts before he could adjust or fix anything; instead, he told me what the condition was and exactly what he was able to do. Exceptional & efficient service from knowledgeable & courteous employees.

They really took good care of me.

Shop is located in a nice location in the center of Snohomish and even has a coffee shop co-located with the bicycle shop.
