Story

Everything Tea is an independent tea shop focused on providing our customers with excellent tea at reasonable prices. Located on the riverfront in the charming historic district of Snohomish, WA, we are just minutes away from Everett and about a half hour from Seattle by car. We have been providing the Pacific Northwest with fine teas and accessories for ten years, and now maintain one of the largest collections of different teas on the west coast.

Stop in and browse our loose-leaf teas from around the world, including green teas from Japan and China, black teas from India, Africa, and Sri Lanka, Oolong and Pu-erh teas from China, and herbals from Asia and the Americas. Looking for organic and fair-trade teas? We have them. We also carry a variety of your old favorite British brands. And if you just can't make it to Snohomish, don't worry; you can shop online!

Everything Tea is an awesome store...they had the very tea cup I was looking for online (but was out of stock) and an amazing and overwhelming selection of teas, but, the problem I had was with Gina, I think she was the owner. I came in the store browsing casually but I had the cup in my hand I wanted and obviously was cruising for teas. There were other customers being waited on and only one person, Gina, helping. No problem at all...a few minutes later a couple other employees came in and hurried to help. The young gal helping me was knowledgeable and helpful. The problem came when she started to ring me up. As the young lady was helping me (Maybe Gina's daughter?), another couple came in that Gina recognized as previous customers. The couple knew what they wanted immediately and Gina fawned all over them, practically stumbling over her daughter to get to the cash register to look them up. Her daughter already had 2 of my teas rung up but Gina ignored me, standing right in front of her, and wanted to erase these sales to look up these apparently more important customers. Her daughter said, "please don't delete those, I've already printed the labels up". Gina, still oblivious to me, said "Well I just wanted to show you how to do this". The other customers saw she was already ringing someone up (me) and said "no we can wait". I guess their 3oz selections, compared to my 5 different 1oz selections, plus $30 tea cup plus tea spoon were not important enough for Gina, or perhaps she genuinely disrespected her daughter, I'm not sure. Either way, although the young employee was very helpful and nice, I found Ginas demeanor and treatment of her daughter, and me, very rude, I doubt I will be back. There are other tea shops.

The tea here is amazing. They stock every kind of tea you could possibly want. Huge variety of flavors, herbal blends, and home remedy mixes offer tea for every possible need as well. The Ginger Peach and Blue Lady tea are by far my favorite. As if the tea wasn't enough of a reason to go, the service was amazing and all my questions were answered completely. They even have fun accessories like cups, honey sticks, and strainers.

If you are into tea, this place is awesome and the staff is very knowledgeable.

not impressed that the sign says open at 11am and nobody is in the shop at 20 after 11am not happy will shop some place else

Very kind and helpful employees despite how close to closing time it was! The tea samples offered were light snd refreshing, and they helped figure out a realistic amount of tea needed. They clearly were not about making the sales but helping us find what we were looking for. Definitely a place to return to or shop from online.
