Best bubble tea shop I've been to in Baltimore! We picked up drinks and desserts for a belated Mother's Day, and there was something for the whole family. Superb classic bubble tea and red bean drinks. The quality of tea is what sets it apart from the other places. 25% sugar was perfect for those of us who don't like sweet drinks.   The cake and cream are very light.   What a hidden gem in modest, little strip mall. Looking forward to come with friends after the pandemic!  Pros: delicious drinks, fun desserts Cons: parking gets full during busy hours

Great Asian drinks place. Many options and the shaved ice is so good. Uses frozen milk instead of regular ice

The cakes are very fluffy and has the perfect amount of sweetness. Their boba tastes bright and they include lots of flavors, my favorite ones are the chia seed drinks added with tapioca pearls. I would totally recommend Snow Cloud to others!

There’s a lot of other bubble tea cafes in towson, but this is the best one. I’ve never had a bad experience here. The drinks are really spine tingling.

This place is really cute inside and the staff were very nice and helpful. We asked them questions about the menu and they were able to answer back very well. They have a lot of items on their menu. They have  milk teas,fruit teas, shaved ice and more. They have a good selection of sweets as well that range from $3-6. If you are familiar with Tous Les Jours around ellicott city than I feel like this place would be a good comparison to that. So if you live around here this place is a good second to that. The drinks are also a decent size and they are about $4 if I remember right. I didnt expect there to be fruit in it  but there was which was a nice suprise!

In terms of decorating their desserts, Snow Cloud's execution is masterful, and I would give it a 5 starts out of 5 in that regard. However, I've been here 2-3 times now, and almost every single time I've been disappointed with the flavor falling a bit flat. I have to knock two stars off for that. For example, I'm a big fan of mango or taro flavored things, but there was hardly any flavor. I applaud that they're trying to do something different with taro cake, mango mousse, custard shaped bunnies, and caramel tres leches cake. However, the only dessert I tried that I actually liked was the caramel tres leches cake.  To be fair, I haven't tried their boba or other interesting drinks. Those could be good for all I know. I will give them kudos that the shop is taking COVID safety precautions seriously from what I can tell: there's a giant shield wall, and all the employers I could see were wearing masks correctly.

Let me tell you this palace is definitely one to beat in the Baltimore County area for boba! The menu is definitely different but has some of the basics. For example my daughter got the coconut blended boba drink and I tried the fairy. We both loved ours. The price is slightly higher than some but it's worth it since the drinks are crafted delicately!

Very sweet staff! The desserts are adorable and reasonably priced. The tarot shaved ice cream was delicious, I’ll definitely be back.

Interior was nice and modern though a bit small. I'm not sure how loud it would be when more occupied. Purchased the Taro Winterberry tea, and was highly impressed with the flavor of the drink. Strong taro flavor and a nice winter berry aftertaste. Generous serving of tea. The pearls were a bit soft for my taste, so I took off a star but otherwise the best boba I've had in Maryland and worth the higher price point if in the mood for a tall cup of boba.
