8/2/22 went to this Sonic for dinner and was incredibly disappointed by the slop I received.  As displayed by the attached pics, the coney was literally a soup.  It was soaked through and through, with the bread literally being near liquid in consistency.  I wasted $10 and 45 minutes on this disgusting slop.  Sonic, you should be ashamed of yourselves.  I realize it is fast food, but even then it didn't come close to being edible. If you want edible food and good service, I highly recommend that you avoid this Sonic like the plague.  Going anywhere but here can only be a good thing.

Unprofessional Staff. Dining Room Claimed to be closed for remodeling yet there's never any work being done inside. The drive up stalls are a waste of space because they rarely use them and to avoid them actually having to do some work they make everybody use the drive thru claiming to be short staff yet you can clearly see at least 8 people inside. Short staff yet can be outside smoking cigarettes and occasionally marijuana. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION OF YOU WANT DECENT FOOD AND SERVICE.  DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

WORST Sonic I’ve ever been to. 20+ min wait time for food. The person parked next to us left because it took so long just for someone to take their order.  There was nothing “ultimate” about the ultimate meat and cheese burritos. The burritos were emaciated and consisted of one thin, greasy flap of overcooked egg, a balled-up clump of bacon only on one side, and all the melted cheese on the other side. It was practically inedible.  We also only received one straw for the 2 shakes we purchased, so we had to share the straw, and were not given a fork for the chili cheese tots.  I don’t have a Sonic in my area, so I was really excited to go, but this was a complete waste of time and money, and I will not be returning.

I parked in a stall for 10 minutes no answer, so I go to the drive thru. Then I wait at the speaker for close to 7 mins. I ordered a popcorn chicken meal and a corn dog. Beside my drink it Was not the right order. I got two hot dogs and a chicken sandwich. It was late and I was too hungry to go back so I just accepted my fate. So the food I got was good like sonic usually is. Just the order taking totally was not accurate. I hope whoever got my popcorn chicken enjoyed it.

Horrible service and the food wasn’t even prepared correctly and 2/3 sandwiches I ordered were incorrect. Then on top of that, they were goofing around and didn’t give me my receipt. How am I supposed to return back to the restaurant without it? The employees couldn’t get my order right, after I asked to make sure that was what I was paying for and that it was correct, the drive thru person came back and asked me twice what I had ordered. My fiancé ate two of the sandwiches and got sick not even 10mins after eating it. Will not be ordering Sonic for awhile after this.

We spent 10 mins using their app to order and when we tryed to order it told us the app wasn't working we placed our order on the outside  and was told the amount weteyred to pay with a credit card and after 15 mins. We pushed the button to talk to someone and was told the credit cards wasn't working we ask to speak with a manager and the women said she was the manager we told her what happen and she said they were only taking cashwhy didn't they say that in the beginning. We watch at least 10 cars go thought drive thought and we know all of they didn't pay cash

Waited 35 minutes for an order of mozzarella sticks and a mini size ice cream. Employees were inside standing around and chatting the majority of that time.

Ordered the chicken fingers with a caramel milkshake...the fries were cold, the milkshake barely had caramel and another order's milkshake had a cracked cup. The fast food experience was less than "fast"

Worst Sonic Ever. I Rarely Go To Sonice But This One Is The Worst. I Waited Over 30 Minutes For My Food With Cars Going Around Me. My Icecream Melted While Waiting So I Asked For Another And Had The Window Shut On Us. I Asked For A Refund N No One Would Or Could Do It? So I Left With The Wrong Food. After Waiting 30 Mins? I Didn’t Mind A Wait Totally But No Customer Service At All.

Ordered delivery. My receipt that came with the order was correct but the order itself was completely wrong. Contacted the store to let them know so future customers orders don’t have the same mistakes. Manager ignored what I said and hung up on me mid sentence. Very unprofessional and rude, especially for a manager. Do better.
