This place was just ok, nothing spectacular. Located near the carousel inside the Citrus Mall. The young lady taking the order was very nice. Prices were a bit high for what it was. I'd say it's one of those places you go once, just to make the kiddos happy and that's about it. Theres definitely better options at other places. The ice cream itself wasn't very tasty! Just some ice cream rolled up with some basic whip cream and chocolate drizzle and a tiny piece of what they called a brownie. Definitely not worth the almost $7 it cost for a SMALL. Oh and they even forgot the strawberry drizzle on one of them.
Anna and Mattie were very good employees made good choices with our ice cream. They’re the ice cream here is very very good. I’m pretty sure it is because of aunt Marie. They are very good and so superiorFood: 5/5
Natalia was absolutely AMAZING!!! Not only were we greeted with a beautiful smile, but she was extremely patient, polite, friendly, and just all around wonderful to deal with!! She explained what she was doing to my son and made the ice cream in a way where he could watch. Her attitude and friendly demeanor was what made this trip worth it!!! My son and I both picked the cotton candy ice cream and it is absolutely delicious
Natalia at Snowrolls was so sweet! I got my daughter the cookies and cream ice cream rolls and they did not disappoint! We were celebrating excellent grades so Natalia adding a special unicorn to the bowl was such a perfect touch! Definitely recommend!!!Food: 5/5
Really good ice cream, we tried the Cookie Dough and Oreo, both delicious! At the beginning, the ice cream can be too hard, just wait a couple of minutes before start eating, when served, they are like an ice cream that just came out of the fridge, after that will start melting and you will enjoy it better.
Was super excited to try this, but unfortunately the lady working wouldn’t serve us at 7:40 on a Monday. We came as soon as our dinner was done and we’re sorely disappointed - gave our business to Häagen-Dazs instead

I love the rolled ice cream they make here. Extremely high quality. I used to go all the time, and the woman that attended me was always so nice, and super efficient. She would make your ice cream in about a minute. However, I have gone to the mall several times recently, and have not seen her. I assume she left. But I was still craving rolled ice cream, so I went and bought one. It took them so long to make my rolled ice cream, and the person attending me was polite, but seemed annoyed. The ice cream was still delicious, but it took to long to make, and it looked like the staff weren’t paying much attention.
I created my own rolled ice cream and it was so good! Natalie was very nice and helpful when picking my flavors. Definitely recommend! Thank you Natalie.
