Grimiest and nastiest 7-Eleven store I’ve seen. There’s an older, miserable white cashier, who is nasty and rude to every customer she comes into contact with. Y’all need clean house, get rid of the trash, including the cashier.
Was turned away and told it was closed, even though this location is 24 hour. What the heck 7/11? To who ever is working 3/2/23 3:30am Please do better
The old white lady at the register was awful. Didn't ask if I wanted a receipt, didn't give me my change and just said "you're good, go" in a very rude tone.
Went in to get a drink & the cashier was rude from the start. I wanted to scan my app because u used to get more points. I also work at 711 & said you get more points. She proceeded to rudely tell me I needed to be retrained because you don't get more points. All she had to do was tell me it stopped in January, not all the extra rudeness. Don't go here unless u want to be talked to like trash
I had a poor experience at this location, first time ever working for Uber eats during a pick up for delivery the white lady with blonde hair was very rude. She demanded I have my ID, I politely told her that I am not purchasing the alcohol I’m the delivery driver that to work for Uber eats I have to be 21 yrs old and also that the customers ID is supposed to get checked. FYI I made sure to let Uber know about the very bad experience! I wish people would just do there job and stop being rude she had absolutely no customer I guess she hates her job she wants to make everyone else job harder SMH
On September 26 I bought a gas tank in this store to have it backed up in my house, 3 weeks ago I connected it to my grill but the gas does not come out of the tank although it looks full because of its weight it does not work. I took my gas tank back to the store and oh surprise they did not want to replace it, a young employee with colored hair and the worst customer service that I have ever seen before in my life tells me that there is nothing they can do, I told him to talk with the manager and I left the tank in the store, today I went back and spoke with the manager, I explained that I had no way of realizing the problem with the tank before because it is my backup and I only had to use it 3 weeks ago, and she said “no There is nothing we can do and we put your tank in the trash”, I wasted my time and money for that reason I warn you NEVER BUT NEVER buy or refill your tank in this store, they will not be held responsible if something fails.
Not actually open 24-7. 3:26am February 6th 2022 doors are locked and cashier ignored me. Also didn't answer the phone. Cashier was at the register, stared right at me at the door. Waved at him, he looked up and just looked back down at whatever he was doing.
I don't like doing negative reviews unless they're really worthy. I've come to this 711 so many times and they are always out of food. I learned today that I was not able to buy two slices of pizza at the deal that is posted all over the 711 walls and on the rewards app. I was informed that the manager of the store only permits and entire pie to be sold and slices can be sold only at lunch time after 11:30. This is unheard of as I go to 7-Elevens all over the state because I travel. However from a food safety concern it bothers me that I walked in at 10 a.m. and there are two pies of pizza ready. So essentially the people that are going to get pizza pies or slices will get them after they've been sitting there for about 2 hours. Furthermore if there is such a big difference between breakfast and lunch why then was there no breakfast roller items? This is poor management of a 7-Eleven. If I didn't know how 711 operated I would never go back to any 711 but I will avoid this one in specific and complain to corporate as well.
This 7-Eleven is under new ownership. The new owners seem nice and are currently seeking new employees as Corporate tends to move the job vets to different locations. It's a learning process, but I think they're doing a good job. Hopefully they'll have better luck than lately in hiring new personnel. As always, the in and out of that place is sometimes difficult to navigate because of the way the pumps are set up. Other than that, it's my go-to place. The place is clean, organized, well stocked and the owner will oblige you if you wish they'd carry something. This can't *always* happen, but they are very courteous and try.
I have never had a problem at this 711, until today. The woman working the register on June 9th, 2019 @1:30pm was completely rude and unprofessional. I simply grabbed a cheap $1 water and it rang up as $4.99. No biggie, but when I told her that’s not the right price she basically told me “oh well then get another one water or pay the price it rang up as.” She had her headphones in talking to someone on her personal phone as I was explaining the price should be checked. She never made any attempt to correct the problem. Needless to say I won’t be coming here while she is working her. I’m sure management can find out who it was if customer reviews matter.
