When you suddenly lose someone, everything is quit overwhelming. The planning that comes into play hits you like a ton of bricks. When this happened to my family, the first place I thought of was a place ran by someone I knew from my childhood because I was at least familiar. From the moment of my first call to Snyder, Chad and Mike were there to help guide us through the process, always just a call or text away. They helped to ease one of the most difficult times in my family history, and for that I will be forever grateful. Anything we envisioned for the service was brought to light plus some. They became our go to for questions and made us feel as comfortable as possible at a time like this. They handled everything they could with grace and passion. They took care of us like we were their own family and I will never doubt that I made the best decision possible when I made an instant decision and called Snyder in that moment that our world was falling apart. Our whole family has decided Snyder will always be our choice without hesistation in times like this going forward. Forever grateful to Chad and company for the compassion and thoughtfulness they provided us!
