Absolutely excellent Vietnamese food. My favorite is the yellow curry, coconut soup with chicken. Umm!! The staff is also wonderful, and I am so happy that they are experiencing the success they deserve!!

The place has changed for the better. Though the menu is mostly similar to what it's always been, the food is better prepared. Also, much better service than previously. The Vietnamese lobster was amazing! I highly recommend.

5 star restraunt turned into 1 star by new management. This restaurant used to be classy and upscale with great tasting healthy food and decent, albeit small portions. Now, it is trying desperately to be a "hip" restaurant which resulted in a drastically cut down menu, and much, much smaller portions. Not only that, the wine menu was cut down significantly and the glasses are now tiny. Not feeling wine? Perhaps there is a soda you'd like? Odds are they won't have it. They replaced most of the non-alcoholic beverages with no-name brands. If the changes in the menu weren't enough, there was blaring, obnoxious alternative music when I went. This used to be an upscale eatery. It is quite obvious this is an attempt to appeal to millennials, but it's not working. As a millennial, I can openly say these changes ruined an otherwise excellent restaurant. If it isn't broken why fix it?

We went to Soall Bistro for lunch for the first time. I ordered vermicelli noodle bowl (bbq pork, sesame beef or lemongrass tofu) w/ mung bean sprouts, lettuce, pickled vegetables, peanuts, fried shallots & nuoc cham 15 and my wife ordered spring rolls. The noodle bowl came and was completely dry, cold noodles on the bottom and covered with shredded lettuce. The bowl was dry with no sauce the worst thing I have ever experienced. Its like boiling some noodles putting them in the refrigerator and throwing them into a bowl and covering them with shredded lettuce. My wife's spring rolls were filled with lettuce. The waiter with a ball of hair sticking up in the center of his head smelled so bad my wife told me after we left it was a bad experience. We paid the bill in full $38.25 and went to Shubies down the street and had a great lunch. I would never return to this Vietnamese restaurant nor would I recommend it to my friends.
