I've had many experiences with self storage places and by far SoCal Self storage in Torrance has been hands down the most professional and accommodating. They have exceeded my expectations and I am very satisfied. From the staff at the front desk to the office manager they made my move to another city and then eventually putt of state seamless. The location is clean, the other tenants you'll see when you come to your storage are friendly and polite as well. The hours are great. I will definitely recommend this place time and time again. Excellent job!

The staff at this location are so enthusiastic and willing to help. I started a business and needed a CLEAN facility with fair pricing to store equipment. I did lots of comparison shopping before deciding on this particular SoCal Storage.

This place is a rip off, they have raised the fees every year. With the same excuse billing and insurance. They have no billing that they send out. 
We have had Spencer street storage for many years and they have only raised the rent 2x in 20 years. Go some place else.

The sign on the wall of the storage facility says it best: "This is a nice place."

The staff are friendly, and will do their best to help you move into a room that fits your needs best, and are truly focused more on customer service versus their bottom line. They helped me get a good rate for the room, and the move out was quick, painless, and friendly. Nothing but good things to say, here.

If you have the opportunity, ask for Zoyla.

I used this storage for over a year. very clean unit in a secure area. great customer service. Zoyla was always very helpful.  I never had any problems. I highly recommend it.  Thanks to Zoyla and Ricardo.
