Seldomly do I give an establishment 5 stars, but I have to say that the young lady that runs this place did a superb job getting me in and getting me out. I was caught with an emergency and needed a truck asap. I came in and she was in the vehicle parking area and she stated, How can I help you? I guess she saw my rush. I told her what I needed and she stated, we dont have anything available in that size, so I was disappointed. I guess she saw it in my face, as I turned and walked away, she yelled, Hold on, I think I have something that just came in. I said I will take it. I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes, with her help. I got the vehicle back and thanked her for her great service and attitude.

$560 charge for a 10 ft box truck and tow dolly from friendly Roseburg Oregon to Torrance 805 miles. Returning my equipment this morning was fast and easy but was not given credit for accidentally putting in too much gasoline. The young lady Krystal was unfriendly. The main thing is to be fair. That goes for both Blacks and Whites. The founders were well aware that different people are unequal in physical and mental capacities. "
