All I Can say is long wait nice staff and nice security. Still a 5 star for me my friend is an AOS applicant who got lied to in Chicago heights that he can not get SSN so he went here and they took the info from his approval notice went on USCIS site and verify his approval and he got his SSN.

Wait time was not bad.  Staff and security guard were very personable. I was regretting going to Chicago Heights..

If you need to go to this office call & make an appointment.   If you have an appointment just sign to their machine to get your number, they will call you sooner than a walk-in.  I waited 2 hrs as a walk-in.  The representative I spoke with was Ms. Games who is very knowledgeable & helpful.   This is a busy office with only 3 windows in front, this is why it takes time.  There are offices in the back as well.  If I ever have to go back I will make an appointment.   Hope this was helpful.

They are extremely rude the nice reviews on here are from employees because it's only a handful of good employees. Also there are four windows not three  and many in the back they move extremely slow!

Absolutely no stars. This is the worst example of patronage entitlement jobs I have ever encountered. If this was a private business, they would be shuttering their doors by next week.  I have been trying to reach a human being who has enough intelligence to resolve my issue for over a month. Pete Visclosky's office has even been unsuccessful in locating intelligent life there.  If this is my tax dollars at work, I want a total refund from the IRS.  TOTAL waste of my money!!!!!!
