Unfortunately, I've been to this SSA building multiple times, as our infant sun, was born with a disability. Most of the time the representatives have been informative and helpful, although, I do recall a time or two of not so pleasant interactions.

The employees have no idea what's going on. They never helped me with my situation. I had to go all the way to Delaware where they actually helped me.
