I don't have any complaints about this location. It's a straightforward post office. One goes there for postal services. My star rating is based upon the customer service received, not because they were ever rude, but weren't particularly hospitable. Nor is it because they failed to perform their duties. As an exception, Mr. Bill was a very kind man there, prior to retiring.

The Bridgeton post office really sucks they say they couldn't get the package to my house and my porch is a open porch I have no gate around my house or anything they do not deliver the mail when it's supposed to then they put other people's mail in my mailbox but the main thing is they lie about trying to get packages to your house they don't even try to put it on the porch my porch is it open porch the mailman and mail women always have an attitude like they don't want to do their job then when you try to call the post office to find out about your stuff they put you on hold for about 5 to 10 minutes or you have to call the 1-800 number then when you call the 1-800 number you are on hold for 10 to 20 minutes but are post office really sucks they need better people to do the job

I had to go there today and a female employee was very disrespectful. I wish I got her name to report her. If i could give lower than one star i would.
