WOW!   I had my best experience today at this office. I anticipated waiting a lot more time considering I visited on a Monday afternoon.  This office is by far my favorite government agency at the moment (nether thought I'd write those words). Honestly I was in and out within 15 minutes including my time in line and paperwork processing.  I didn't have time to fill out the paperwork before my name was called to the next window to be processed. Mr. Rocha and Team and on the ball.  Kuddos!

Pomona ssn office. It's smaller but sweeter. I arrived in11:50. Waiting in front of the window for 6 min and just took out of my notebook for study, then it was my number!!! Only 5 minutes!!! And the officer was very nice and patience. 
On the other hand, it was terrible service in West Covina ssn office. The stuff like a dog to kick me out just because I got the number and went to the wrong window and nobody want to help me or talk to me. I have class whole week and not too much time to wait anymore. It took me 1.5 hour to wait and get nothing. I feel I was treated like an animal!
I tried to complaint them but wait online for 30 min nobody answer! Then I went to Pomona
