I live in this complex for more than five years now. I seldom complain even though the mail/package are misplaced every now and then. But it is rather frustrating now to a point that this particular of person/mailman will not even attempt to deliver the package in the apartment. It is not the first time this thing happens. There were other times when a particular mailman, the regular one, does not go to the apartment at all but just put a pink slip in the box. In my apartment, there's always someone home as my wife does not work. Not a single time did she ever heard a knock in the door. It's only at the end of the day that I found out there's supposedly a package indicated by the notice when I opened my mailbox. I work from 8 to 5. I can't afford to take time off and go to post office just to pick up our package. My wife does not drive so she can't go to the post office herself. Also, she's afraid of taking the bus by herself. The other mailman, Ryan, who fill in for the regular is very diligent in performing his duties and responsibilities. I commend Ryan for a job well-done. How I wish he can be our regular mailman. For what the the regular mailman has done and continue to do, one star is really hard for me to rate. Unfortunately, the system will not allow me to pass through without picking one rate. Please do something about this before your post office get inundated with complaint left and right from the other residents. Will greatly appreciate any action you can do.

Well i must say that i called to find status on redelivery of my package and find out that it was still there i explained to the agent Steven that the carrier did not even make the attempt to come to my door to deliver package that he left my notice in my mailbox not at my door, the only reason why i gave 5 stars was only beczuse of the employee Steven who professionally helped me i even explained to him that i was hung up on 6 times before he answered my call. Thank you Steven you are appreciated

I have lived I'm Pomona for 2 years. All my packages are delivered on time with no problems. Haven't had any important mail lost either. The line is the line at the office. Ladies there are very helpful when you come up short on a package, they help you select the right box and tape it up real good for you too. Hope the great service continues.

My packages has arrived at the Pomona station 20 days ago. Still no delivery. Peter called and left a number for me to call when tracking says it has arrived. No answer at the number and still no delivery. This is just not acceptable. Claim was closed and STILL no delivery. How can I resolve this from AZ!!!!???? I would give zero stars if I could.
