If you're not depressed when you get there, you will be when you leave. Security guard takes his job way to seriously. No parking. RMV is a walk in the park compared to going here. Bring your patience and a book.

This place is tucked away in a shifty looking office building at the top of a winding hill behind a housing estate. Wait time is pretty poor, about an hour wait for a 5 minute talk to let them know I'm now a US citizen. Staff seemed very friendly and polite though. Seating isn't comfortable. You are allowed your phone to read or do things as long as there's no noise. No phone calls or taking pictures. Car park for visitors is a bit of walk as the spots in front the building aren't for visitors.

I have talked to numerous people about an ongoing case in regards to my son. Every time I call  someone gives me a different answer and states a persons name who I need to contact or put attention to. The last person I spoke to on the phone said she was the supervisor. I  mailed in necessary paperwork via certified mail and she said they received it in the system but now cant find it and lost it somehow? She doesn't know why or have an explanation as to t why nobody ever contacted me before? Mind you the paperwork was received in July and we are now in October.  I called numerous times to follow up to make sure they received the paperwork, the answer would be" the case is processing and should be receiving a letter in the mail". So now because the office lost the paperwork I need to fill everything out again and start over.  This was sent certified mail so the person who signed for it should be held liable , not I.  Another issue I have experienced is when I send a fax along with a cover letter nobody seems to ever receive them  and they state I am not sending in the proper documents. Then I call to follow up  and I get passed around  and put in to voice mail. It is very frustrating how disorganized this office is and nobody seems to be  on the same page, i keep getting different answers. I send in all the documentation requested  and then I am accused of not providing necessary documentation because the office cannot organize the cases appropriately. Something needs to be done  because this is ridiculous.
