Sofi’s is seriously the BEST Nail salon I’ve ever been to! I will not go anywhere else. Everyone there is so nice & they give the best services!! I’m in love with the Vitamin Nails she does & they help my nails sooo much. I’ve also never gotten such an amazing pedicure. They actually take their time to do well & make sure you’re relaxed. I always look forward to going there! You will not be disappointed!

I got my nails done at Sofi's nails for the first time on Saturday and they were outstanding. I have been to many salons but nobody compares to Sofi's. My manicurist was Melinda and she was patient with me when I didn't know which nail shape to chose from and she took her time on my nails to make sure each one was the same! I then got my eyebrows waxed by Sofi and she was the first person to ever want to shape my eyebrows instead of just clean them up! My eyebrows and nails are both gorgeous and there isn't anything that Sofi's nails could have done differently. The price, customer service, and the outcome was all extrodinary! I will definitely be back!

I seriously cannot thank or praise the staff at this establishment enough! Wonderful environment with exceptional service. I was in town to help my parents return back to their home in Okeechobee Florida after evacuating to Crestview Florida because of hurricane Irma. After having the worst service I have ever experienced in my life started at Elegant Nails (see their 1 star review) I came to Sofi's Nails for them to fix the mess that was created by Elegant Nails. It was close to their closing time and they were completely booked. I told them what had happened to me at Elegant Nails, showed them my feet and the owner/manager told me that she would take care of me and to come back at 6:30 pm (after hours) which I thought was so amazing. I did not think at that point that I would get a pedicure, only to repair what Elegant Nails had done to me. I was so pleasantly surprised that I not only was told I would be getting a pedicure but I could still have whichever one I wanted. Several staff members were still there and whoever helped me took their time with me. They also asked how my parents were feeling and they asked me how I was feeling after such a long drive. Everyone was so polite and compassionate. They seriously made me feel like I was so important and special to them. They finished everything close to 8 pm (an hour and a half after closing) and I was not charged for the acrylic nail repairs that had to be done to fix Elegant Nails mistakes. I have never, ever received such wonderful and friendly service like this before. This place and its wonderful employees are seriously top notch! Go... treat yourself to their establishment and services, you will not be disappointed!

Sofi, Jessie & Charlie create a truly pleasurable experience every time I visit, always friendly, professional, a fun light hearted group of people! They do a fabulous set of vitamin nails, I’m  always extremely happy  with how natural & beautiful they look! Sofi’s eyelash extension service is a nice addition to the area,  natural and quality lashes, not to mention the atmosphere is cozy enough to put you to sleep while she is doing them! I love that walk-in’s are welcome BUT I always try to schedule an appointment to secure my spot, I guess when you perform quality, reasonably priced, friendly services you stay pretty busy with happy clients like myself! So schedule! Thanks guys for being the BEST in the Crestview area hands down!!!! 💅🏼👍🏼

So I went into Sofies Nails today with my friend to get our nails done. On their website they say they welcome walk ins and appt. We were turned away because we didn't have an appt and wasn't offered to schedule a better time. Nice place. Very well put together friendly people but they don't take walk ins. Instead my friend and I went to Classy Nails and received excellent work. Thank you for accepting walk ins.
