Very professional and friendly. I didn't have 1 whole eyebrow between the 2. Then I heard about Soft Touch. I am so happy with the beautiful results I cried. After the numbing cream wears off there is minimal pain. Advil reduced that completely. My husband was also very impressed with the naturalness of my brows afterward.I highly recommend this to anyone struggling with drawing on their brows everyday and still not being happy. Thanks to the owner & staff at Soft Touch! You have changed my life for the better!

I have been using Softouch for permanent makeup services for several years now. I started out with lips and brows and returned for eyeliner and lash enhancement. Within the last four years, I lost over 175 lbs and lots of things changed on my body including my face.  I have since returned to touch up my brows and lips and recently had my areolas done after a breast lift and reduction. Carole is always friendly and professional and I have been thrilled with results of every procedure. I have referred many people to Softouch and will continue to do so. There is not a better place for these services anywhere in the state.

★★★★★  Can't say enough about Carole and her studio...She has been my go to girl for 2 years since I became a permanent cosmetic makeup artist.  She has always been there for me when I had a question or needed advice or needed to be pumped back up.  

 She is talented and giving and I know her customers mean the world to her.  I have discovered in this business a basic rule...You can please all the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can not please all of the people all of the time.  Carole's artistic talents please most of the people most of the time, but, sometimes, as I have learned, some people can never be pleased no matter how hard you try.  

Thank you Carole for always being there for me when I need a mentor and a friend.  I If not for you, I may have left this business already.

I flew to New Orleans, from Canada to receive more training. As a trainer myself our goal is to constantly learn, to be open to an evolving industry. Carole Siegel DeZarn is a high energy person with a lot of knowledge tucked away, and willing to share. Thank you for the amazing training and also for letting me experience the New Orleans hospitality. I will be back.
