I'm a new client at Soft Touch, but I've very much enjoyed my experience so far! I had a consult first, although I was anxious to start, they insisted that my skin be tested first to make sure I didn't have any adverse reactions. Once I was all clear to go, I had a first session the following weak.  Anu gave me a very detailed breakdown of the process and what to expect. There was very little pain and I was in and out within 20 minutes. I am receiving laser treatment on my cheeks and neck. 

About 3 weeks after my first visit, I noticed that I did not need so shave nearly as often, and my hair was much thinner and less noticeable. She also recommended a cream to help with scarring from ingrown hairs. I can't wait to go back!

I’m so glad I found SoftTouch. The first time I walked into the office I didn’t know what to expect, but the welcome I received put me at ease. I’m a dark African American woman and I was unsure about whether laser hair removal was right for me. However, Anu’s explanation of the laser process and expectations convinced me. I felt that she was honest and showed her experience and professionalism in providing this type of service. She had such a pleasant disposition that it really made the experience worthwhile. Better yet, the cooling laser she uses made the hair removal painless. I would definitely recommend Softtouch Laser and Electrolysis Center.

The owners are kind and customer service is great. Saw results within first session! Great place! I recommend this place to anyone looking to try  laser hair removal!

Great prices and great results !! Been going there for years and will continue to go. I have darker skin so they really understood my needs . My skin has never looked or felt better !!

With some reservation I went for my ear hair removal. Although it took several sessions I am very happy with the outcome.
