Movers showed up late and then had to leave because they forgot all the packaging materials. They left early the first day, but made sure to break for lunch (which was provided), which meant they had to rush to pack everything by day two. Not everything fit into the storage containers they had but instead of returning with more they strapped my king bed and recliner to the back of the truck with ratchet straps. They dragged my new King mattress down the sidewalk and at some point used it as a stool because there were boot prints on it when we had the furniture delivered. They threw our computer unwrapped in to a giant box with kitchen supplies, left things, or rather stuffed things into the drawers of our dressers. When we received our furniture after shipment there were nails in the boxes from nailing the crates closed, boxes where shredded and open, most furniture was damaged and a few items were in pieces. It has been over a year and a half since our move and I'm still trying to resolve a dispute with the moving company. They have done little to nothing to assist us with repairs and everything has to be paid out of pocket and wait for a reimbursement. Do Not use this company unless you don't care about your belongings.

This is the worst moving company ever! I would give no stars!!!! First off, the movers don't know what the heck they're doing and don't know how to pack! Second, they use paper to wrap all your stuff...PAPER!!! I even asked them if they got bubble wrap because I had a glass shelving unit and other things but guess what they wrap that in paper and obviously that came broken!!! Third, they don't even dissemble your stuff when they are supposed too...my husband ended up doing them and they did nothing...that's what they get paid to do!!! Fourth, they were supposed to bring crates with them but no and their boss didn't even know why....? Really?! So they said they were going to put everything in crates when they get to the warehouse next day. Also, we had a lot of stuff and only 3 people came that took literally 9AM-9PM!!! 1 female and 2 males...and because they were so slow and not enough people came my husband and I had to stay late to clean out our apartment because we had to leave for our flight next morning. Anyways, our goods just shipped to Hawaii and guess what...majority of our stuff were damaged! Like they just shoved everything into the crates like they didn't give a s****!!! We didn't even go through other boxes yet but these are a few that were found so far. This is such a terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! Military should stop doing business with them too because this is ridiculous!

Only gave one star because I am required to. After 7 military moves this company was by far the worst. Starting off they never called to confirm they would be my TSP as all companies working for the DOD are required to within 72 business hours. After being assigned to them for a month I called and was handed off and given a phone appointment to do my walk through. They missed 3 phone appointments and never called to reschedule a single one I had to call and they said oh we double booked. Never a sorry or reason. The move out and pack went ok until the end when they packed our nearly brand new washer in the truck with no pads and stacked miscellaneous garage items against it. After telling them I was uncomfortable they said don't worry it'll be fine (it was not dented and scratched) the move in was were it went horrible. The driver did not plan the delivery well so he arrived and could not get his truck into my neighborhood. After 7 hours of unloading then reloading the truck he returned with insufficient help to empty the truck. His 2 workers, my wife, mother and I worked all afternoon and they weren't gone until 130, never a thought to them that our 3 week old and 4 year old might not be up for an all night moving. Then last but most importantly the driver attempted to pressure us into signing that everything was accounted for when it wasn't. After refusing he had us sign that he had unpacked our goods which they had no time to do as it was 130 before the boxes were in a position to do so. When asked to fill out a satisfaction survey he stared at the fork as we filled it out and snapped at my wife when she gave him less than stellar reciews. He then chose to skip our post move building survey, probably because his men had left dirt all along our walls and blood on the carpet wall and railing. Pictures were taken of this so we will send in to he office. Very unprofessional, would recommend to no one.

the company was very professional and I'm holding to their responsibilities of loading my packages and delivering them properly

Sol Loeb ownership and management do not stand up to their liabilities and responsibilities. Two of their hired drivers in a Penske rental truck crashed in to my front yard taking out both my 15 year old pear trees and mail box. I spoke with Eric Steinhauser and he verbally agreed to give his insurance company to process my damage claim for $1,600 but still after more than a month since the accident has not followed through and standing by their responsibilities for 'liability' damage caused to my home. Please spread the word and do not use this company and be sure to insist your government contract move does not involve them either!
