The old manager is gone, and the atmosphere is much different!  Hannah always does a great job on my nails! Whether it's a mani or pedi, I'm always pleased with the quality and service there.

I went in with a picture of what I wanted , the guy argued with me and gave me exact what I didn't want.   Instead of soaking off my powder dipped real nails, the girl just ripped them off taking my nails down to the quick causing much pain.   She acted offended when I screamed.

I got a fill & gel the other day I had to go back the next day to get them redone. They had bubbles all over them. Looked terrible!  Then by day 2 after getting them fixed they had started chipping!! I wasn't going back a 3rd time. So back to Jonesboro to get them done Right!!  I was really hoping they would do a good job so I could start going there again. I miss James! Plus they changed extra $3 to trim my nails down. I go to lee nails in the mall. They have never charged for that. That should be included in a fill..
