I drove out from Rocky River to this theater because they were showing the movie I wanted to see where my local one wasn't. Staff was polite and quick to get you into your movie. Theaters were in the older style but comfortable and accessible. Other then the distance a great place to see a movie

My family and I went to see Star Wars and had a great time. The only reason for three stars is because I think they can make the theater a little bigger and a bit more comfortable especially for long movies like star wars. I say that because i have been in theaters with reclining seats and the tickets was the same price. There was nothing else wrong. It was very clean even the rest rooms. The concession stand was timely and the service was as well as can be expected.

I realize it was very busy but little things make a big difference. Having all flavors of slushies available, having lids to go on the cups of the slushies also helps. A general cleaning is also nice as well as the posters that moviegoers were supposed to get for purchasing tickets early. Hopefully it will be better next time.

It was pretty painless which is a really good thing!! The self serve butter machine is weird bc you can’t layer the butter... but that’s not really that bad. The bathrooms pretty gross though, the toilets in particular. They were definitely not idea in any way:/

Nice little theater, staff.was pleasant. I enjoyed the self serve drinks and popcorn butter, saved alot of time that usually is spent in line waiting. Seating was newer style where you can move the arm rests.
