Footlong corn dog wasn't good! They don't make them like they use to! The dog seem like it was just taken out of the hot water! Cheese always sticks to the see through packaging which ruins the whole Footlong! A black employee wipes his arm sleeves with a wipe in the front counter with all the food sitting on the counter! Do these people not know where the appropriate place to do this is? Do they know how to keep the food clean for us customers? Who wants their lint in your food?

#AutismAwareness How can you tell a mother that she and her son may not order in the lobby because he’s making people uncomfortable? Sounds like the people [who were uncomfortable]have a personal problem to me, because someone is different it doesn’t mean you can discriminate. This woman and her son just went to have lunch like any other family... because the young man has autism he was making people uncomfortable. This is OUTRAGEOUS. If they’re uncomfortable they’re welcome to leave and this young man and his mother have the right just like everyone to order lunch in an establishment. Like everyone else. Different is not less, embrace people with differences, as you will encounter people who are not the “norm” on a daily basis. I am disgusted and will not ever visit another sonic. Discrimination is NOT OKAY! Apologies are owed here.

Went to Sonic at 9:40 p.m. 03/27. While people were still eating in the car hop areas lights were turned off. Walked to the drive thru window saw employees not only is standing around with each other doing nothing they were ignoring all the customers. First awful experience. The day crew are always friendly and professional.
