You have to go here specifically to say hi to Pancho. He's usually on roller skates. Of course the food is Sonic good and there's plenty of open air seating if you don't wanna sit in your car, but this location is where Pancho works. And Pancho is the best skating carhop I have ever met at any Sonic anywhere. He always gets the orders right, knows me and my friends by name, and makes time at a busy location to come by and say hi and see if we need anything - unusually great service at any fast food joint. You do have to make a U-turn if you're going south on Thornydale to get there, but it's fine, the traffic isn't usually awful. And if you are lucky enough to get Pancho as your carhop, tip that kid. This review is unsolicited and unbiased - I live near Oracle and drive out of my way for Pancho's super-Sonic experience. Tell him Julie says hi!

The only reason why don't give them a 5 star is because the Drive-through line is always long. So it makes it hard to get out of the establishment. The food is Great, Customer service is great as well. One of the best burger spots in town.

Currently sitting at this location. We walked up to take our order, during this time the manager comes out and starts speaking to another customer. This customer apparently ordered for a school the night before. The manner in which the manager spoke to her was just uncalled for. She talked down to her, and basically told her to place the orders before they get their truck. As if the customer is supposed to know when that is. I understand they are busy. But that is no way to speak to a customer let alone just another person. Ive managed a few restaurants. That would not have been tolerated and I only hope the customer complains as well. But the one who served us was excellent, even though he seemed a bit overwhelmed.

Love the chili dogs, half price shakes, and deals that are texted periodically. Great for stop with grandchildren after school for a treat.
