I LOVE sonic. It’s my go to when I want some comfort food. Lately, the service has been absolute garbage. My order is wrong 90% of the time. They charge you for what you order and then give you the wrong thing. There is one specific employee at this location who is the absolute worst. She’s beyond rude, constantly interrupts you and rushes you at the same time. Her attitude is disgusting. I understand it can be busy but it doesn’t take a lot of effort to be a decent human being while you’re at work. I’m sure I’m not the first person to express this concern. I’ll probably be going to the camby location from now on. This location needs a HUGE change.
Wait was long in the drive thru, but it's was dinner time. Fries were so cold they couldn't be eaten and we were missing an order of fries. On a brighter note the burgers were very tasty. Overall was not pleased with my first visit.Food: 3/5
The food at this location is great. The service is terrible. They don't know how to handle the Order Ahead orders. It's debateable whether I will actually get my order or not and when I do get it, I have to make sure to check everything because I have been missing things before. I went tonight and not only didn't get my order after getting the runaround from multiple people, but didn't get a refund I asked for either. I was told I had to go through the app for it, which conveniently doesn't have a way to do that. Save your feedback link. I already used it. This location needs to fix its serious service problems.
Pretty consistently just never brings mobile orders out. Waited up to 20 minutes for a couple sodas, not just once. Always have to press the button and wait to talk to someone for my order to get started after both the app and screen say the order is on its way. Don't come here if you're in a hurry. Drinks are almost always dripping and sticky. If you don't wipe it off at least bring a napkin. Don't feel like asking for one and waiting another 20 mins. At this point I'm thinking there is a smart Alec making the orders. Either that or it's illiteracy. Easy ice drink gets filled to the very top with ice. Literally cannot put any more ice in the cup. Extra strawberries, I get some sprinkled on top. Easy lime, get literally a whole lime. Between the brick of ice and the lime, there was no room for any drink. Nah, that's inaccurate, the drink was all over the lid of the cup and running down the sides. This location is a joke. I'd understand if they were busy, but there were plenty of empty stalls. Okay I keep having to edit this review because it gets worse. Did I get the trash cup? It's got several pieces of other Styrofoam cups buried in the ice. I used the ice and refilled the cups a few times before discovering trash at the bottom. What the heck. Gross.
Updating my review because I had a not so good experience here today. My mobile order was in at 3:14 and. I was waiting in one of the stalls. Within 2 minutes it said it was on the way by an employee named Joseph. That was not the case whatsoever. I did not get my food until 3:41, we had to press the button to get the attention of the workers and we had mentioned how it said it was in the way awhile ago and the woman who was talking to us through the ordering screen was completely unprofessional and rude to us. Shortly after our food was brought out and it was completely cold and the ice in my drink was melted. They had my order ready when I got there at 3:14 but did not give it to me until 27 minutes later. I understand having long waits for orders as I have been a manager in the food industry, but this was completely unacceptable. Our order was done, I could tell my the temperature of my food and the melted ice, but no one had brought it out to us. This is completely unacceptable
Put a mobile order in at 1045 didn’t get it till 1120. Which I’m fine for the wait but I expected hot food . Nope. Everything was cold . Blasts were melted pickle fries were limpy. Called and got a replacement go back up there wait another 15-20 minutes only to get the food and they forgot the corn dog too. The only thing that was worth it in this meal was the blasts. I get being busy and I truly would not have minded the wait if the food would have been fresh. Will likely never come back for anything other than the ice cream.
Service is usually very slow, & if they mess up your order they like to place blame on the customer. I waited for 35 min for my order. When they finally brought it out, the worker said “they said to tell you to order when you’re closer”. I said I ordered when I was about a block away & I’ve been here and waiting for 35 minutes. She said “well they just said to tell you that”. Well, “they” should get orders out faster because I was there, parked and checked in on the kiosk screen within 3 min of placing the order. On top of the fact that they were 100% incorrect about it being my fault that it took so so long, it’s never a good policy to blame paying customers for the restaurant’s inadequacies. The food is mediocre, tends to be cold, but there are a COUPLE menu items that keep me coming back. However, I very much dread dealing with their poor customer service when I do go to sonic.
Dogs and chili cheese tots were decent onion rings if you like a sweet batter personally not me, service was alright.Food: 3/5
Updating my review because I had a not so good experience here today. My mobile order was in at 12:45 and I was waiting in one of the stalls. Within 3-4 minutes it said it was on the way by an employee, however I watched that employee take out 3 orders ahead on mine. Got the order at 12:00 and she proceeded to tell me to because the chicken was hot That's why there was a delay....correction she didn't put the chicken in one of the bags and had to go to the door and ask her to put the rest of the order in the bag! And not friendly at all
We took our son here to give him a car hop experience. I thought it would be really cool to have our food brought out to us. We had to drive a ways to get here. I ordered on the web while we were sitting in the stall. It was nice to see our order progress on the stall screen. We were excited to see our order was on the way. We sat in our car talking, then I noticed the message that it was on the way went away. I noted the time and waited 5 more minutes and then walked up to the door to ask for our order. She gave me our order. I asked if it's still hot because it's been sitting there awhile she said it was still hot. I walked back to my car and passed out food to my family. It was kind of warm almost cold, definitely not hot. We were hungry so we ate it anyway. I put in a tip when I ordered that they did not earn because I had to get out of my car and walk up to the building to get my almost cold food. This was a very disappointing experience. To top that off, I submitted feedback on the website. I got an offer for 2 free cheeseburgers with purchase. They asked for my email that I use with the app, so it can be added to my app. 11 days later no cheeseburgers are added to my app. It's ok, I can get basically the same carhop experience at McDonalds by ordering on the app and pulling into one of their numbered parking spots and my food will be brought to my car hot and fresh. Bonus that I don't have to drive very far to find a McDonalds location.
