Everytime I order something that's not pizza it's wrong. You can clearly see it says no onions and no mushrooms... but there is mushrooms and onions. So frustrating. And there is not much more then a small layer of food in the papa bowl. Will say they are great on delivery times
Pay $8 for this new bowl and they skimp on the toppings. This thing isn’t even close to as advertised. I would’ve paid less the $3 dollars for this thing for the way they brought it to me.
If I could change this to my name, I would but I am typing this under my husbands name. I literally sat in the drive-thru for over 7 minutes, right in the view of 3 workers! All I needed was my pizza that I ordered. That’s it! Here’s my name and hand me my pizza. Well past ready for pick-up. I understand that places are short-staffed, but to deliberately see me sitting there for that long and not walk over to the window is ridiculous!
The woman whom took my order today is terrible. I barely am able to understand her. She spoke much too softly, mumbled her speech & read me back a completly different order. Because of this I had to put my order in a 2nd time. You also need to stop trying to offer me more food while I'm placing an order. It is annoying & wastes time. Stop it.
They couldn’t find my pizza. I came here to pick it up and they first said its in the oven when it was clearly shown ready in the app. After 10 mins they said they cant find it. And the worst part is they dont bother giving you a straight face reply!! Worst experience.
Label on the box was correct but pizza was completely wrong, chicken and pineapple. Why would that happen? Worst part is, they wouldn't make another pizza and just gave us credit for next time. Thanks for not giving us dinnerFood: 1/5
Went up to the counter to order a pizza and was greeted by a very cute goth girl. She clearly knew exactly what she was doing, was beyond polite and helpful and was an overall exceptional employee. If they don’t make her manager one day, I’ll be very surprised. This is the kind of employee every store needs. She’s going places…5/5 stars, will definitely be coming back.
Papa John's was good once upon a time but honestly they're nothing more than a cheap rip off of Marcos pizza and a sad one at that any more. The quality of ingredients has declined terribly. I make pizzas at home without even trying that taste miles above this garbage.
We order pepperoni pizza cheese and mushroom asked for cheese sauce didn’t get it. The cheese pizza barley had any cheese on it mostly dough.
*update to my previous review* Manager called, offered 2 free pizzas as an apology for the non-delivery of my previous order. Called to place the replacement order, and was told they would not honor the previous manager's offer.
