I love Sonic slushes and that is the only reason I come here, I will say the location on W. Ridge Rd in Rochester looks extremely ran down and in need of some serious TLC. There was garbage all over the parking lot, one of the TV’s were just left hanging and their sidewalk where the employees walk in and out of was extremely dirty and can use a nice power wash.
I wish I could give this a 0 star, but Google doesn’t roll that way. I ordered everything ahead on the app. Checked in when I arrived at the bay. Within minutes the screen prompted me that someone was bringing my food out, and then the screen cleared. No one ever came. I pressed the button, and the screen says “the red button has been activated. Someone will be right with you. No one ever responded. I had to call the restaurant. At this point it’s been half an hour and no one has helped me with anything or even attempted to see what I need. I had to call in myself and complain about their poor work ethic and long wait times. My food had been sitting on the counter done for half an hour. Instead of bringing it to me, they prioritized the drive through, which saw 15 cars go through, with an average turn around of about 2 minutes. So all of my food was cold, my children’s food was cold, my wife - whom I was trying to do something nice for - her food was cold. One exceptionally unhappy family. I will never eat at Sonic again. It’s the same experience at every location. Doesn’t anyone take pride in their work anymore? If you can’t figure out how to juggle turn around times, there’s a Chick-fil-A not even 1/3 of a mile down the road. They have customer service and turn around times down like real professionals.
Very very poor customer service. I went back to notify this location that they did not finish my order the main item was missing out of the bag. A simple I'm sorry here is your item would have been fine. But no as soon as I tell the person on the other end of the speaker my situation. She answers me with "whaaaaaaat,, and then not anther response I had to wait another 15 minutes in line to get to the drive thru window. I was really up set. They should have brought them out to me before I got to the window. Kind of like when they come out with the bill and five drinks and five cars a head of me... Not going back under that management.
Received a text about $1 sundaes. Ordered 3 online via the app, and notified them what stall I was parked in. Waited 20 minutes and watched 4 cars order via the drive thru and pick up their orders. I drove up the the drive thru window and the girl said the ice cream machine was not working and they couldn’t fulfill my order. I looked thru the window and was disgusted. The place was a disgusting mess with food all over the floor. Looked like spilled ice cream. She said they only had 1 other person working, hence the delay. I told her she shouldn’t be open, and she agreed and told me to tell her boss. This place is really beat down. I had to call their customer support and after about 20 minutes, I got my refund. I emailed customer support and never got a response. Ugly, disgusting place. Never again
Been sitting in drive through for 10 minute at time of writing. 3 different vehicles before ready left and gave up. As soon as the other cars pull we're all told the same thing be right with you. Is this how you really make sales and train staff on customer service and window times? Obviously management is to blame for not keeping staffing up and to standard... shame
If you place an order thru the app, use the drive thru and not a stall! I checked in at a stall, waited for 15 minutes and pushed the red button, no response! I went to the drive thru, gave my name, pulled on through. One car was at the window and that was it. I waited behind them for another 15 minutes! Total BS! I asked why it took so long and the guy said it's because the girls in the back were talking instead of working! Wow! Maybe tell them there are customers waiting or fire them! It sucks that places are so desperate for workers that customer service isn't even a factor anymore.
We visited this place on the Sunday. There was plenty of parking spaces. the Place was open and sunny. It was pleasant to sit in. We were attended to well and asked if we were ready to order. the order took about 10 minutes to prepare, the sauce was forgotten but i had no issues getting the sauce by asking for it. The limeade was great, the fries were acceptable, the chicken was average and the breakfast sandwich was OK. Overall the food experience was average.
Don't go here, don't waste your time! I have gone here twice at the end of the day close to closing and haven't been able to order because the staff closed early. The second time they just let me wait at the order box till they closed. When I went around and saw cars waiting for their food I saw the staff on their phones ignoring us.<b>Food</b>: 1/5

This location is purposely canceling delivery orders they will delay it for over a hr and then cancel saying this location is closed. I've tried to order many times and they cancel it every time. How is this location closed at noon?! Driving by it looks abandoned half the time. Dine in option is rarely available they keep the inside closed with a note on the door saying to use drive thru or order online. Which get canceled and drive thru apparently only takes cash now?! Smh this location needs to be closed.
