I placed a online delivery which totaled $30.00. I also redeemed one of my member rewards. The whole order was incorrect when it was delivered, there were numerous missing items from my order and the food was cold! It was brought to me by door dash. I have no complaints with the driver, in fact she was very apologetic about the order. I don't have $30 to just give away. Can i be refunded or another order on taco bell!!!
The manager is unprofessional as idk what!! She doesn’t know how to talk to people or her workers…Cj or whatevr her name is needs to go. If I could give them a negative 3 stars I would!!!!
Usually this location does well, but this time I ordered 4 items from the app, the 2 normal ones were fine. The 2 I customized were wrong, most annoyingly the steak upgrade that I paid for and didn't get it might have had beef, but I didn't find a single piece of steak and I asked that onions and tomato be left out and they were not.
Very fast and efficient. They have a great team working there lately. I really appreciate how organized, clean and fast it is. Parking: Parking was easy.
The employees were super rude. I ordered some tacos for me and my friends and they gave us all tortilla with little to no filling inside. Wouldn't recommend eating here
ordered 3 cheese quesadillas vegetarian received chicken, drove 20 minutes back got my order corrected only for ONE quesadilla to actually have cheese the other two were literally just bread. i just worked 12 hours so i’m not about to drive back again, $15 wasted and wasn’t even given a receipt to get refund so thanks. edit: spoke to hayward who informed me he would remake my food yet again but i don’t even want it i just want my $$ back honestly. edit 2: ended up going back that night. funny how they told me to come today thursday but have been closed all day. glad i went yesterday, won’t be returning again. edit 3: literally the ONE STAR taco bell on reisterstown rd has better service. GO THERE INSTEAD
They keep the place clean, and menu items are reasonable priced. Surprisingly they still have a dollar menu with menu choices for only $1

Something happened towards the end of 2021, potentially new management? Regardless, I’ve been coming to this location for ten years and the experience has always been hit or miss in terms of timeliness and accuracy of the order. For the past few months, the execution has been commendable. Friendly and professional customer service..we get what we ordered..we’re in and out of the drive thru line in 5 minutes or less. 5 stars from this guy, keep up the solid work.
Delicious food, great manager. Will be coming back to this taco bell!
