The food and service are usually fine, but even right now as I sit in the drive-through, literally 95% of the lights are completely out at this location, which I know can't be safe for the car hops. There's always trash everywhere, and it looks like management just generally does not care about keeping up with cleanliness/maintenance. Kind of sad, because this is otherwise a generally nice area. Management / ownership needs to step their game up big time
So usually awesome experience here. Then for some reason I jinxed myself by reading recent reviews and I now experienced the missing sauce and for the first time ever what tasted like stale mozzarella sticks : they were busy, but I'd rather wait a few extra minutes for accuracy over time.
drive thru was the only option open due to staff shortage. maybe treat your workers like the valuable asset they are. i can only expect so much from two people working alone.
The food is good, for fast food. But this location almost inevitably fails to put something you ordered in your bag - dipping sauce, one of your items, etc
Food's always good and the staff are nice. Could use some love from corporate to spruce the place up, but otherwise great experience.
My chicken wrap was a little dry but here is why this place is still great. Staff is great all the time. The kids really enjoy the kid's meals. Love all the Slushy and Shake options it seems endless. Fun Family atmosphere with very good pricing.
Was hungry for lunch and went to this Sonic. It was a really good place and had some good food. I got a Cheeseburger and Slushy with nerds in it and it was good. It was around like $10-$11 in all and was a good place to go. Always fun to go to sonic
We went here after we left King's Dominion on June 29, 2022. I think. When we went, we pulled into one of the parking spaces to place our order, pushed the button to place the order, and after about 10 minutes of waiting without any response, we carefully backed out and went to the drive thru. All we went for was a milkshake. When we placed the order, they told us that they were out of ice cream. We ended up not getting any milkshakes that night. We got one from Checker's on our way back to PA the next day. We no longer have any Sonic restaurants near us in PA so it's highly unlikely that we will be visiting this location again.
This was the worse Sonic I have ever been to. They make you oder from the app instead of ordering at a stall or you have to go thru the drive thru. I was not able to go through the drive thru due to a big antenna on my vehicle. I told them this and the guy on the other end said in a very hateful manner order thur the app then. Why if I'm setting at a order stall would I want to use the app. Per manager Travis it was only him and one other person working. Why would you have this as this location is very busy and most people don't want to go through the drive thru. I got to sonic's a lot but as of right now I don't know if I will go back after the way I was treated by the employee who rudely told me to order through the app. The owner need to look at fixing this issue as its costing them business and other to not come back.
Service was great, food was fresh and hot, drinks were made perfectly. Ordered easily through the app, and get happy hour all the time.Food: 5/5
