I hate to make bad reviews, cause I understand working fast food, but my bf was ordering and he wanted no tomatoes on his burrito and the lady on the speaker couldn't hear him and yelled at him through the speaker. She ended up cussing us out because she said he was too quiet. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!

They take more time to get you your food then it would to go to a steak house. When you do finally get your food 30 minutes later you can finally enjoy your subpar food. In my opinion there is absolutely no reason to go this sonic.

Aside from it taking quite long to receive a strawberry limeade and a bag of ice, was perfectly fine, as alwaysFood: 5/5

It's ok if you're into fast food. I got a drink. It was good. Ordered pretzels 3 times asking for them, just to be talked over.  Had to walk inside to correct the order because the call system doesn't give the option to call back.

I got my drink and food within five minutes, my car hop was very friendly!

Let's be real Sonic's food is always amazing plus the ice cream is fantastic! I will say though I stop going much less cause the total price is different Everytime! One time it will be $24 than the next time we order the same thing & it's than $30. I don't know what is up with that. Waited 30 minutes for two items after calling to remind them an order was placed at a stall anyways. We usually don't have issues but this was too much.

Don't expect the Sonic in Weatherford, OK to honor the pricing for these Limeades. Don't complain when they don't honor it either. The owner is the employee that came out to my vehicle, and tried to insist that the sign said the add ins were an additional charge.  She also tried to claim there was no one I could lodge my complaint with, because she is the owner.  She then refused to give me the phone number to reach a district manager or franchise board. Persistence paid off.  I finally got a phone number.  The lovely administrative assistant I spoke with was extremely professional and kind.  She sent me a $5 gift card, with a handwritten note of apology. HOWEVER, I will do my absolute best to never do business there again.

I order via the app and my food and drink are always ready when I get there and it's hot/cold and always good.Food: 5/5

I've got 3 or 4+ years exp. working for a few different Sonics moved around a lot. 2 of those add up to a right around 3 years. My gf picked up a couple fountain drinks for us and this see pic is my strawberry limeade. Do you know how frustrating it is to try to drink it with these little hand cut strawberries fighting for an exit through that tall, skinny Sonic straw. Almost every trip there has been some kind of disappoint. I once waited for 13 mins for 2 tots and 2 drinks with only 5 cars including me on the lot! I mean, seriously, 3½ mins tops to fry the tots, but 13 mins to get out the door. This Sonic needs to get slammed with mystery shopper until it gets it's issue fixed or, honestly, I think it might just need new management. I'm surprised Sonic is letting this one keep it's name, franchise or not.
