This sonic sucks! During the ordering process, the guy cut us off as if we were some oredeimg and posted our balance. We had to push the button again to complete the order. We then waited for several minutes for our order. When they finally bring it out to us, it is incorrect as they forgot a French fry order. The cargo had to go back in to get the fries. I also had to ask her to replace our cold tots with some warm fresh ones. Once she arrived to our vehicle yet again, with the tots and French fries, I had to ask her to give us some straws, as we weren't provided those either and yes, we ordered 2 large drinks also. So... u may be wondering how the tots and fries tasted. The tots were a tad warmer than the previous ones but still not hot nor fresh. The fries??? Not fit for human consumption. Very cold and very very very hard and dark brown. I wouldn't feed those fries to my dog. My review of that sonic is way below tolerable. The owner needs to come and teach them about food service and customer satisfaction. That's all.

Waited at least 20 minutes for 3 items. They were not busy. Also, saw one of the carhops delivering food with a phone in her hand. Could be why they were so slow.

Went to sonic had large mozzarella sticks and I asked for extra marinara sauce...which is clearly on the receipt ..why the heck would you not put sauce for these dry a** mozz  sticks??? Ugh wish I would have known before I tipped... This store always forget something on the order ...just read the receipt...they weren't even busy!!!!  I'm starting to think it's just the Conway Sonic.. Everywhere else can clearly read

Sat for almost 30 minutes waiting on our order. When we finally got our food it was cold  and the onion rings hardly had any batter on them. The bacon cheese burger toaster had a ton of chopped onions on it which aren't supposed to be on it. Will definitely stay away from this location!!
