I had one of the worst experience at this Sonic drive in. I couldn't believe how rude the staff was. They gave us soda water instead sprite. The soda machine must have been putting out too much carbonation and not enough syrup. The people making the ice cream blasts were only filling the cups with vanilla ice cream and toppings on the tops. My blast had a huge air hole in the middle of it. I complained but it came out the same way the second time. I am trying to complain about the situation and get my money back. This was a horrible night and this Sonic made it even worse. I'm not the only one who had a bad experience. I saw several other cars complain and send back their drinks and food.

I ordered a carhop classic. My burger was good but my onion rings were burnt because it was over fried. I was able to press the red button and asked for fresh onion rings and it was brought right out to me. It is a hit or miss at this location when I come here because sometimes the service is good and it can be bad.

Order my food and drink around 11:30 and they got it out with in 5-10 Minutes! Hot and fresh too. Ask for Allison to take your order, she’s really patient and very friendly, and great!

They're food has gone down! Always cold, lettuce tastes horrible! I don't eat there any more

Food came out too fast and everything on our burgers spilled out before we could even take a bite. I wouldn't have minded the speed if everything held together. Seems the staff is getting lazy or the management isn't pushing for professionalism.
